You have 30 moves to collect 12 yellow candies and complete level 1412 Candy Crush Saga.
Every yellow candy you need to collect for this level is given by the lucky candies which are locked in Marmalade in the bottom part of the board.  
First remove the marmalade, pop the lucky candy then crush them with line blasts or combos from up top.  
Do not worry so much about getting all the multi hit blockers since this is not a jelly level - all you need is to collect the  12 yellows.  
The blockers will not block line blasts like licorice or popcorn will so you can make combos up top that will reach them.

You will want to get rid of the evil spawner first.  4 hits with either combo blasts, three hit move touches or a combination of both .  
Then try to get the jellies around the chocolate spinners first  since those are the first places the chocolate spreads to.  You may need to jump around the board a bit to prevent an over accumulation of chocolate around any one spinner because  then it will be hard to clear the hidden jellies if it builds up.  
Follow general crushing strategy by working the bottom of the board (spinners) and the sides first, the center of the board tends to take care of itself.  
A chocolate bomb/stripe combo works real good on this level and several times I got down to one or two remaining jellies and I resisted using a hammer,  but if you have any they are probably the best booster to use in those situations.

To begin with your moves are very restricted but you need to clear chocolate as a priority.
You only have 30 moves to get the fruit out of the exits so look carefully at the board before every move. 
The exits for the three ingredients are at the top but there is no need to worry about that for now.
Use stripes and stripe /wrap combos to unlock the fruit and as soon as it is free and the chocolate below it is clear the ingredient will fall down through the teleport and out of the exit.
