The board for level 1440 is 4 ,  4x4 sections with conveyor belts and portals.   It is a clear the jelly level with 64 double jelly squares. Which means you have 21 moves to get 128 jellies .... oh wait , there is one double hitter in the center so 130 jellies in 21 moves.   
As if that isn't tough enough, as you start clearing the jelly,  you get 10 count bombs to deal with too.  Your luck factor will depend on what the mystery candies give you- if you're lucky , you will get fish/stripes/wraps/bombs/coconut wheels etc.  If unlucky - chocolate/blockers etc.  Concentrate on the bombs until their move count exceeds your remaining moves. If you get a chocolate bomb - hit the center piece.  Try to mix your fish gifts with stripes and/or wraps.  Biggest issue I had with this board was the bombs. Good luck !

Level 1439 requires 3 yellow candies in 13 moves or less.  All 3 are locked and need the one key in the top left hand corner. 
Pop one cake and it will break the licorice around the key.  A second cake will crush the key and open up all the mystery candies.  The third cake will pop all the mystery candies and release your yellows and the last cake will crush the yellows.  While trying to pop the cakes, some things to consider :::  moves in the very center of the board have the greatest chance of hitting multiple pieces of cake;  if you have moves at the top, make them first before moves on the bottom; the outermost part of the cakes are the most difficult to get to so if given a choice between hits - try to get those first.   Good luck!

REAL tricky level.   A points level that only requires 60,000 points.  Easy right - after all you we have 47 moves and a big open board --- HA... check out lower left corner -- a 46 move bomb.  To complicate it - it's locked and you need to use those 3 keys around it to get to it.  So obviously you want to focus on that lower left hand corner of the board.  
Make moves as far to the left as you can as you start to clear the multi hit blockers.  If you can get a chocolate bomb, use it to break the crate around the one key that isn't locked.  Use a second chocolate bomb to get the key.
That key will then unlock another key, and then the third one.  So I would say if your going to use boosters use chocolate bombs or hammers to get the keys.  Trying to get to the corner is quite difficult and requires a lot of  big combos.
