You have 50 moves to collect 60 licorice swirls and 44 blockers.  Obstacles are the cake cannons and popcorn as they are blocking your licorice dispensers.  
You have 20 blockers up top and 24 blocking the cake cannons,  so just working towards the cakes will satisfy those requirements.   Once the blockers are removed the board really opens up and special candies and combos become a lot easier to make.  
Try to drop a couple stripes onto the conveyors to get to those hard to reach pieces of cake.  
Look for any chance to get a chocolate bomb and stripe to chip away at the popcorn.  
I didn't concentrate on the popcorn as much as I did the cannons, simply because with them gone I could make more special candies and combos.  
Challenging level but if you concentrate on opening up the board by removing the blockers and cannons you should reach your goals.

This is an ingredient level.  If you are going for just the ingredients,  (10 chocolate bombs, 10 wrapped candies and 10 stripes),  it's a pretty straight forward board.  
If you are going for stars or points - not so easy.   If you have never seen our Advanced Tactics blog sheet now would be a good time to look at it.  Learning how to spot the not so obvious chocolate bomb will really help out if points is your goal.  
If you're just going for the ingredients just follow basic game play.   Play low on the board for better cascades.  
Go for special candies and big combos such as a double chocolate bomb blast or stripe/wrapped blast.  You need to make at least 5 chocolate bombs on your own and you have 5 popcorns.  If you can't get to the top one it's ok as there is plenty of space to the right to make your own.  9 wrapped candies are given to you and of course if you mix a chocolate bomb with a stripe that takes care of them.

You have 25 moves to clear all the jelly on this level.   You have locked chocolate and popcorn to to get through to  reach all the jellies. 
The board is very limited and big moves are very difficult until you can open up the board and start to popping the popcorn.  I found this board to be almost completely luck based because you really don't have too many choices with your moves.  I finally beat it because of a giant  cascade.... fortunately there are only 4 colors so good cascades are very possible if you can open up the center.  
Strategically, best tip is to get a wrapped candy down in the center as soon as you can and just take your chances with the chocolate.  
A chocolate bomb and stripe is always a good choice on this type of board and of course look for any chance to align a stripe with one of the popcorns.
