This is a points level.  You have to score 100,000 points, which is one star - PLUS  use all 35 moves.  Even if you get the score, you must use all the moves.  This  means those 17 move bombs will be a problem.  17 plus 17 is only 34 so you need to figure out how to get rid of 2 sets of the bombs.   Chances are you will only be able to puff up the frog once. Once you use him to clear the first set of bombs there isn't enough room to make more moves to puff him up again.  
If you have any gold from the challenges, a  bomb cooler would be an ideal booster to use if you are not having luck clearing the blockers in time to reach the second lot of bombs.   It is easier to expand your board to the  left since those blockers are only 3 hits,  as opposed to the bottom ones of 4 hits.  Try to open up the board to increase your chances of making some good combos to get the second set of bombs.  Chocolate bomb and wrapped candies yield the most points.

As stated above you need to clear 2 sets of bombs, at least..
You should be able to grow the frog a second time using a colour bomb on the frog's colour, but once you have him sitting in the middle of the bombs, try to move him to one side by matching him with bombs, then when you have him ready to use a second time you can place him back into the middle to remove all the bombs.

Your first instinct may be to go for the evil spawner.  You DO NOT need to blow it up to get the ingredients out of the exits at the bottom of the board.  In fact, with only 14 moves,  it's best to just  concentrate on  breaking through the wall of 5 hit blockers to allow the ingredients to fall through.  You only need one hole on each side and then  the conveyor belts will cycle the ingredient out the door without much effort at all.   With only 4 colors on the board, should be pretty easy to go for wrapped candies to get a double blast on the wall.  Once you are able to break through and the ingredient cycles through to the bottom of the top section, make a move down below to get it on that conveyor.

This is a clear the jelly level.  The majority of the jelly is easy to get too, it's the ones under the spawners and popcorn that will require some work. Any level that has evil spawners and popcorn will take a little bit of effort to clear.  The main  priority would obviously be the spawners.  These ones spit out marmalade first , then thick cream, then chocolate.   The candies under marmalade can still be used in matches so don't forget that.  
The explosions from the spawners will take care of the popcorn.   The spawners need 5 hits and the popcorn needs 3.  The spawners do not block the blast to the popcorn so any vertical stripes or combos  from up top will reach the popcorn.   There are caddy corners on the bottom so  some plays can hit 2 spawners at a time.    The biggest play area is up top so look up there after every move for a special candy or combo.   
Of course a chocolate bomb and stripe will wipe out a lot.
