You have 30 moves to clear all the jelly.  Unfortunately,  the hardest piece of jelly to reach is under a piece of popcorn.  The spawners spit out licorice,  which block blasts,  so your going to want to attack the evil spawners right away.   The easiest way for me to hit the popcorn was to get a vertical stripe positioned underneath the bomb dispenser and blast it.  Of course a stripe/wrap blast is a big help.  If you can get a chocolate bomb, do your best to drop a stripe candy next to it for the most damage.  Best booster would be a hammer to get rid of the popcorn.

Since you don't need the evil spawner to collect ingredients,  get rid of it ASAP.   It spits  out  chocolate, then crates ,  then jelly then repeats.   So make the spawner a priority.  The play area is large enough so it wasn't too much of a problem, but once it starts it's hard to keep under control.  
You then need to remove the one and two hit blockers in the top right and lower left boxes so the ingredients can make their way  onto the main play area.  The top right box is the trickiest part of this board.  Look for combos such as a stripe/wrap or chocolate ball and stripes to get to it.  From there  you can just work on getting them down to one of the many exits.  
The coconut wheel is a great booster to use on this level if you need a little help.

 It took a couple tries to figure out the  portal paths on this level.  All the ingredients leave the dispenser from the top left cell on the board.    They then need to make their way through each cell to the right.  They then drop down to the far bottom right cell  and  then need to make their way through each cell to the  left and through  the exit.  Your going to have to hit each blocker at least once since the cake cannons will only remove 2 of the 3 layers off the blockers.  You do not have a whole lot of room to make stripes and there are 5 colors so luck is definitely a key factor to passing this level.
Cookies tips.
Work on clearing the cake bombs, but at the same time you will need to make vertical stripes to hit the blockers, which all need to be cleared in order to get the fruit down to the exit.
Don't worry about the points, you will get plenty when the ingredients are collected.
