This can be a pretty tricky level considering the hour glass shape and then the bombs and chocolate generators.   
The good news is there are  only 4 colors so making special candies and combos is fairly simple.  You will need them to keep the top clear so you can make lots of stripe/wrapped combos.  Dropping a couple horizontal stripes down to the bottom row will help clear those hard to reach corners on the bottom.

Licorice anyone ?  You have 45 moves to get 3 cherries past 3 popcorns and a black sea of licorice bliss.  Your starting board is  very limited so work on chipping away at the licorice,  while at the same time looking for horizontal stripes that can be aligned to hit the popcorn.  You have to pop all the popcorn to release the cherries.  Stripe and wrap combos work very well.  
If you do have to use boosters you can either use the hammers to pop the popcorn or use the hand to move the cherry over to the open portal.

So on this level you get 30 moves to collect 20 popcorn,  25 chocolate bombs and 200 blue candies.   Of course all 20 popcorns are on the board which means you will need to make 5 additional chocolate bombs on your own.   
Try to uncover the marmalade stripes as soon as you can to release the UFO's which will jump start the popcorn explosions.  Hopefully they will give you a double popcorn blast which will lead to one or two more doubles.  
Mix the chocolate bombs with blue candies and if there are not too many mix with a different color which will give you more blues on the board.  Chocolate bombs and stripes are pretty powerful for those popcorns who don't get hit by the UFO's.  Most challenging ingredient was the chocolate bombs so if you do use boosters bonus candies and chocolate bombs are ideal.
TOP TIP... Switch two colour bombs together whenever you get the chance!
