Don't go crazy trying to pop all the popcorn.  There is no jelly underneath them,  but they will block line blasts from getting to the two double hit jellies sandwiched in between them.  
The conveyor belts can be very useful in making sure a couple horizontal stripes or stripe/wrap combos can hit that one popcorn that sticks out like a sore thumb. The mystery candies drop down from the top, try to open them up before they drop below the conveyor belt.  If you get any stripes or wraps, drop them onto the belt and try to hit that piece of popcorn.  If you get a chocolate bomb, select a color that is in the place of the 2 jellies.

 You have 35 moves to collect 112 layers of blockers, 2 chocolate bombs and 40 wrapped candies.  36 wrapped candies are already on the board.  
All the blockers are on the board so really all you need to do is make 2 chocolate bombs and 4 wrapped candies. Once the board opens up it's fairly simple to make the bombs and wrapped candies.  Do not mix your chocolate bombs with stripes, use them to remove a color. Hopefully that will set up some wrapped candies or more chocolate bombs for you.

The first priority should be those 2 eight count bombs.  Match the one on the bottom first and hopefully a cascade drop will hit the top one.  
Next go for the two striped candies under marmalade on the right.  The conveyor belts seemed to be very helpful on this level and I consistently passed it with little effort several times.  Plus got lots of sugar drops.  Biggest obstacle  was the first two bombs.
