Everything you need is on the board at the start except one colour bomb, which you will have to make yourself, but this isn't difficult to do as there are only 4 colours on the board.
The easiest way to collect all the cream blockers is by switching two colour bombs together, if you do this twice it will give you 54 and the rest you can collect with stripes and strip/wrap combos.
A colour bomb/stripe combo will also give you a few with one move, but there is no way to tell how many you will get from this combo.

The frog is the secret to level 1536. Grow him as fast as you can, a colour bomb will usually grow him in one move.
Once the frog is grown use him to collect the two keys which will unlock the rest of the board.
The frog will also give you one hit on the popcorn.
Once the board is opened look for colour bombs and other special candies and use them on the frog colour if possible to grow him again.
If you can't use the colour bombs on the frog colour try to use them to remove colours to make another colour bomb.
Matches of three candies will never be enough to clear all the jelly on level 1536 so specials and combos are the only way.
As soon as the frog is full again use it to clear jellies in hard to get places, like the top corners, then fill him up again if you can do it without wasting moves.

You have 25 moves to clear all the jelly.  Obstacles include crates, 2 and 3 hit blockers, double jelly, 10 count bombs, conveyor belts,  and a popcorn that DOES have a jelly under it.  
The board is odd shaped, has several little "nooks" that need to be cleared and there are 5 colors.  All that being said - this level will take some work.  There are some mystery candies that will either help or hinder your progress.  Anytime there are mystery candies an element of luck exists too - so hopefully you will get lucky and clear this level soon. 
Check after every move for special candies and combos, make your chocolate bombs count by mixing with stripes.  
Once the bombs start mix them ASAP.
