The ingredients have to follow a path through all the teleports as shown in the image below.
The nut on the right follows the same path as a mirror image of the cherry on the left.
As you can see you will need to clear the cream blockers to allow the ingredients to fall down to the exit. Work in the bottom part of the board as much as possible, especially where the blockers are because every move you make there will help bring the ingredients down.
You don't have many moves so make every one count, don't waste them by making moves at the top.
If you have an opportunity to move an ingredient sideways into the middle where the exits are then you should take it as this will get them down faster and save on moves.

As with all levels that have mystery candies there is an element of luck involved in passing level 1548.
If you get chocolate from the mysteries, which I do regularly, you may want to consider quitting and start again. But anything else is workable, even licorice and bombs.
You will need to clear the whole board as there is jelly under most of the blockers, but also once the bottom cream blockers are cleared it's easier to make combos to hit the mystery candies in the top.
Every time you use the mystery candies, or the specials you get from them, more will fall down so the top square will always have some kind of special candy in it to keep hitting the popcorn.
Use the conveyor to get combos together or to make special candies and all the time you want to be thinking about hitting the top square and see what you can get from the mystery candies.
You don't need many moves to clear the popcorn and collect the jelly, so don't worry if you are down to the last few moves and it's still there. A wrapped candy will hit the popcorn twice with just one move and once you have the colour bomb you can switch it with another special and hopefully complete the game.

You need 12 striped candies and 70 cream blockers.
The stripes are pretty easy to make, so concentrate on the blockers.
You may be able to collect all the blockers using stripes and stripe/wrap combos, but if you collect 2 of the keys which are locked on the left side of the board they will unlock the wrapped candies behind the locks.
Hit the wraps with your stripes, or a colour bomb, and most of the blockers you need will be collected.
Use colour bombs to increase your score and a colour bomb/stripe combo will give you all the stripes you need.
