You have 35 moves to collect 200 red candies, 200 blue candies and 10 colour bombs! 
Sounds impossible, but it is actually very possible. You already have 9 colour bombs on the board in the form of popcorns, so you only need to make one more if you can manage to grow all the popcorns. But you will find that you will be able to make more of the colour bombs that you need as there are only 5 colours on the board and the conveyors will help to get the candies you need together.While you are making matches at the bottom remember to check the rest of the board before every move as it's easy to miss good moves elsewhere. You need to make wrapped candies and striped candies as well as colour bombs in case you can't get all the popcorns in time, but the blue and red candies shouldn't be too much of a problem. Once you begin to get the colour bombs use them on whatever colour you need most, or whatever has most on the board, so giving you lots more candies dropping.

You need to clear the Evil Spawners in as few moves as possible, preferably before they start to block your moves.
The first key at the bottom will unlock the left column, then you need the key at the bottom to unlock the right column.
Colour bombs are the best specials as you can choose which colours to remove to do the most good.
Be careful using a colour bomb/stripe combo as it's likely the stripes will go the wrong way unless you have 2 or 3 in the side columns. Even then there is no guarantee that the stripes will go the right way.
I had a lot of trouble with this level and most games I quit and started again because I couldn't clear the spawners.

Level 1549 can be a fun level with scores in the millions possible, but it can also be very frustrating!
Try to get the colour bomb combos as quickly as possible as they are the hardest to get. Making the colour bombs you need is pretty easy, but getting them together without them getting blown up is another matter.
You will get plenty of wraps and stripes, but you don't really need them and they will likely destroy your colour bombs at the wrong time.
Use the stripes and wraps away from the colour bombs and use single colour bombs to remove a colour and help you make more.
The bombs at the bottom are the biggest problem and you will have to keep using your colour bombs to keep them under control. Watch the bombs carefully and don't leave them too long or they will kill your game.
