You have 30 moves to clear all the jelly, and there is jelly under the Evil Spawners, so they need to be cleared.
The spawners spawn marmalade every third move, so try to make moves next to at least one of them every time, this will delay the spawners for a move so give you more chances to hit them again.
Stripe/wrap combos are useful sa they will clear a lot of marmalade as well as hitting at least one of the spawners.
You don't need to worry much about the rest of the jelly, it will probably be cleared as you work on destroying the spawners.

You need to collect the three popcorns at the bottom of the board, and once they are turned into colour bombs you can use 2 of them for the colour bomb combo you need.
This means you have to try to get two of the popcorns turned into colour bombs side by side without exploding them.
The other alternative is to make two more colour bombs and switch them, but this is unlikely to be an option as there are very few moves to spare.
Look carefully at the board before every move for stripes and wraps which you can use to grow the popcorns.

Get to the keys as quickly as possible and as soon as some of the stripes are unlocked hit them with stripes or stripe/wrap combos and they will clear all the cream blockers and jelly.
You don't need to wait until all the stripes are unlocked, in fact it may work out better if the last key is uncovered after some of the stripes have been used.
There are not many moves so use them wisely and don't waste moves which don't do anything useful
