Ignore the left side to begin with, you will only waste your moves there.
If you can move one or both of the ingredients out of the middle column in the first couple of moves do it as this will make it easier to get them over to the left side of the board.
Don't under any circumstances move either of the ingredients out of the middle three columns!
Then you want  to unlock 2 of the wraps from the marmalade and switch them together, this will give you two colour bombs which you can then switch together to clear the licorice and marmalade on the left and get the two ingredients over to that side.
If both the ingredients are in the middle column still then only one will go, but that isn't too important, you can still get it there later.
Then if you can make matches on the left to clear the spawners you should do so, Otherwise look for stripe/wrap combos and colour bomb combos on the right which you can use to get the ingredients down to the exits or clear the spawners.

Get 175,000 points in 25 moves! A big target! But you have bombs, which score big points, especially if cleared using a colour bomb.

You also have mystery candies which can be a big help, or a big problem, depending on luck.
If you get some colour bombs from the mystery candies you shouldn't have too much trouble getting the score, but if you get a lot of blockers and chocolate you'll have to work hard.
The first priority has to be unlocking and clearing the bombs at the top.
Use stripes, stripe/wrap combos or colour bombs to get to them. Once they are cleared you must keep making those combos, especially colour bombs to get the score you need.
Colour bomb/wrap combos are best for scoring but avoid colour bomb/stripes unless you need them to get the bombs as this combo is very destructive, but doesn't give many points.
Remember it doesn't matter how high your score is, if the bombs count down to zero you will fail the level.

You need to destroy the Evil Spawners as quickly as possible to have a chance of clearing the jelly on level 1576.
Don't let the chocolate cause you to panic and rush your moves, it won't grow while you are looking for the best moves so take your time.
The ideal moves are ones which it more than one spawner with the same move, or if you can hit the bottom spawners and cause a mini cascade which also hits the top ones all the better.
I found that I usually had to work on the top ones first and then move down to the bottom ones.
Don't let the chocolate block the top of the board or you will run out of moves.
