The trickiest part of this level is to break the top and bottom blockers. If you can get a double chocolate bomb combo it's game over. With only 4 colors it is very possible to make that happen. Stripe/wrap combos would be the next combo of choice and then regular old horizontal stripes. Take your time and look for the chocolate bomb set ups and learn the conveyor belt pattern and you will eventually get a double chocolate bomb combo.
Since this level has been changed a double colour bomb combo won't clear everything in one move, so you will need some stripes and maybe stripe/wrap combos to finish the job. New video below

25 chocolate spinners! Thank goodness they are all under licorice locks but they won't last.
You only get 20 moves and you have 112 layers of jelly (56 doubles). Any line blast will start the chocolate spawning so try to clear the boarders first as that is where the chocolate will go first.
You do need a couple big blasts to be able to get all that jelly. A chocolate bomb and stripe will be the most effective.
With 5 colors it takes some work to spot those combos but take your time and scan the board after every move.

Colour bombs are the best candies to clear level 1596, they will clear jelly while not unlocking the chocolate machines. Colour bombs are not hard to make so look for them every move and you shouldn't have too much trouble with level 1596 candy Crush Saga.

Level 1598 is classified as a hard level, so you can expect to lose a few lives before you can pass it.
1598 can be quite frustrating. You only get 15 moves to try and get 2 popcorns, 6 wrapped candies and 20 chocolates. Quite a challenge thats for sure.
First start off trying to clear all the chocolate. You are already limited by the weird shaped board, you don't need that clogging up the play area too.
The UFO will give you 3 wrapped candies and hopefully pop one of the popcorns for you. If you use boosters I would just pop it right from the start. If not, don't waste your moves trying to remove the licorice - it won't happen, but you can line blast it twice from below to detonate it. Once to remove the licorice beneath it and then another to actually hit it. Next big challenge is getting 3 more wrapped candies. The coconut wheel is just a distraction. It really doesn't do much and is not a part of your requirements. Unless you can drop a wrapped candy down next to it just ignore it. I used one of the color bombs on the frog so I could use him to zap any chocolates I had a hard time getting. Several times I got down to getting all the wraps but didn't have enough moves to blast it... if you use boosters, bop it or use extra moves to get it if you have too but I did eventually pass without using boosters.

I think you need quite a lot of luck to pass level 1598. You will need to create cascades as early as possible, which will clear a lot of chocolate in just a few moves, trying to clear the chocolate with matches of three will use too many moves. Make a wrap as early in the game as you can, or even a colour bomb if you can.
If you can make a colour bomb use it on the frog colour to grow it so you can use the frog to set off the UFO and collect the licorice.
