This is a real tricky level.  Classified as hard by King and I would definitely agree.  
Obviously the first thing to do is get the popcorn out of the way.  If you use the coconut wheels the right way you will get a couple hits from them.  Try to keep them protected under the marmalade until you can clear the blockers around them.  Once that space is open clear the marmalade then swipe the wheel on the left to the right and the wheel on the right to the left, this will give you 2 hits on the popcorns.
 There are only 4 colors so making stripes is pretty simple.  Stripe/wrap combos are best as you have some margin of error to hit the popcorns. 
All the ingredients will be in the "stair case" so once the popcorn is removed they will fall into the main play area where you can get them out of the exits.

Try to clear the jelly in the innermost corners closest to the evil spawner first as that is where the blockers will go first once the spawner gets going.  It spits out  chocolate first, then marmalade,  then crates.  If you play just to clear the board it's a pretty simple board.  But if you play for points and stars you may have some issues getting that third star  since you cannnot make chocolate bombs on this board because of the 4x4 grids and the fishy finish.  
You can try to clear one grid out and let it fill up with blockers and score points that way, you can use your boosters for points or if you are a non booster user than just go for as many wrap/stripe combos or wrap/wrap combos as you can and hope for the best.   You can also go for a strip/wrap combo in the innermost corners and try to blow up the evil spawner for points.  
You will get much more points with combos than the fish at the end so try to use the majority of your  moves and clear the jelly before the fishy finish .....  if you're going for points that is.

The trickiest part of this level is to break the top and bottom blockers.  If you can get a double chocolate bomb combo it's game over. With only 4 colors it is very possible to make that happen.  Stripe/wrap combos would be the next combo of choice and then regular old horizontal stripes.  Take your time and look for the chocolate bomb set ups and learn the conveyor belt pattern and you will eventually get a double chocolate bomb combo. 
Since this level has been changed a double colour bomb combo won't clear everything in one move, so you will need some stripes and maybe stripe/wrap combos to finish the job.
