To get the ingredient down to the exit you will need to remove all the evil Spawners, as they are blocking the pathway to the exits.

The cake bombs will give you two hits on the spawners, but you will need plenty more stripes and stripe/wrap combos to hit the spawners repeatedly.

While you are clearing spawners and cake bombs you need to make sure the bombs don't count down to zero, although just clearing one of the cakes should take care of the bombs for you.

A couble colour bomb combo will help a lot if you can get one.

The spawners will also hit each other when they explode, so this will help too.

Level 1617 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it.

  You get 37 moves to score 170,000 points. 

As long as the evil spawners are crated they won't spawn so use stripes with caution. There are only 4 colors on the board and the board is fairly big so making special candies is quite easy. 

Go for chocolate bombs as they yield the most points. Use the chocolate bomb to get rid of the least saturated color and the cascades should be pretty decent. Since the way the colourbomb/wrap combos was changed this combo is no longer the best to use for points, the best is a colourbomb on a single colour. 
Avoid using colourbomb/stripe combos too, they don't give many points and will unlock random spawners which will be hard to control. It is best to unlock groups of spawners if you can so they are easier to destroy.
Once the spawners are unlocked, making direct hits is not that difficult so focus on the section that's open. Not an impossible level if you use the stripes sparingly so the board doesn't get clobbered down with licorice.

This is one of those levels where you need to unlock the evil spawners to be able to collect the chocolate.  

Try to clear as many of the blockers in the lower right hand corner as you possibly can with the opening board.  There is only one extra layer of icing on the board so you need to practically get them all.

Avoid hitting the spawners if possible, you don't want to remove them from the board or you won't get the chocolate.  

Once the spawners start spitting out chocolate those in the bottom right are hard to reach. I passed without having to pop the evil spawner in the lower left hand corner so you don't need both.  Just clear the blockers as best you can and then keep chipping away at the chocolate and you should pass this one.
