There are 2 ingredients to collect to complete level 1622.
You can't match the candies under the ingredients so they have to be hit with special candies and combos.
Stripe/wrap combos or colour bombs are both good, or even a sideways stripe if positioned correctly.
The second ingredient will fall around move 10, or sooner if you get the first ingredient out, but the ingredient can only fall if there is a space for it to fall into.
I'm not totally sure about the move the ingredient falls on as it only falls when it has room to fall so it could be before or after the move stated.

You have to collect 60 chocolates, 10 licorice and 10 striped candies.
The chocolate is pretty easy as most of it is already on the board. The stripes shouldn't cause too many problems either. The tricky bit is the licorice as you have to release it from the dispensers at the top which are blocked by chocolate.
Clear as much chocolate as you can and clear it from under the licorice dispensers, then let the licorice fall down.
You don't want to keep clearing licorice or you may not get enough, let it fall out untill you have as much as possible before you clear any.
Don't forget about the stripes, a colour bomb/stripe combo will give you what you need.

You need to collect 2 ingredients, which are already on the board.
The exits are in the single cells top right and left of the board, so the ingredients have to go down the board onto the conveyor and when the ingredient is over the portal the candy in the exit cell has to be removed, either with a colour bomb or other combo. If the candy is removed at the right time the ingredient will fall out of the exit.
Level 1620 can be a tricky level and you have to plan your moves carefully and make them at just the right time.
I was lucky that the two candies in the exit portals were the same colour and I had the ingredients over the portals at the same time, but this won't always be the case so you will need to plan each one in turn if needed.
