You have to collect 4 ingredients to pass level 1651 and it is important that you keep your eye on the moves.
If possible try to destroy the spawners on one side of the board and work that side all the time. This will keep the ingredients on the same side and prevent the board being completely covered by licorice.
 Work on clearing the blockers at the bottom too to let the ingredients out of the exits.
The licorice is going to cover the board pretty quickly but it will be easy to clear as you work near the bottom to collect the ingredients. 
The ingredients are pretty easy to collect but the one thing you need to watch out for is that they don't get stuck on top of the chocolate machine. For this reason you need to watch the moves as you play.
The ingredients fall down on move 16, 11 and 6 so those moves need to be made on the side of the board where you have, hopefully, cleared the spawners.

Level 1650 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level and you can expect to lose quite a few lives before you manage to pass it.
You need to clear the cake bomb in order to pass, but there are licorice swirls blocking the way, so just keep making stripes and stripe/wrap combos to clear some of the licorice and at the same time unlock the coconut wheels.
Wait until you have two squares without licorice in line with the coconut wheels on the conveyor before you set them off and this way the two coconut wheels will completely clear the cake bomb, which in turn will clear most of the jelly.
You will need a bit of luck with the candies, but you will also need to study the board carefully before each move as there are not many to spare if things don't go exactly right.
There are not many choices of moves so you need to make the right one!

Level 1642 Candy Crush Saga can be quite a confusing level, the ingredient follows a path through the teleports as shown on the image below.
When the cherry is on the number 1 you need to move the candy in the second number 1 to allow it to fall through the teleport.
When the ingredient is on the number 2, move the candy on the second number 2 and so on until you have it in the bottom part of the board.
Colour bombs are the best specials to use as long as you can hit the right colour to clear the way for the nut.
Stripes and stripe/wrap combos are also good if you can get them in the right position at the right time.
If you get tired of failing just use lolly hammers if you have them to clear the way.
