Hints and tips showing how to pass level 1648 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You need to collect 10 chocolate squares, 6 licorice and 14 cream blockers.
The licorice is already on the board and in order to get the chocolate and blockers you will have to unlock at least one of the chocolate spawners and Evil Spawners so they can spawn out your orders.
You need to let the chocolate and cream grow enough to get what you need, but not so much that you run out of moves so watch carefully. The chocolate grows every move that you don't clear any and the Evil Spawners will spawn out blockers every third move, so don't leave any specials or combos on the board when the spawners are due to spawn or they will likely get covered by blockers.

You need to collect 3 ingredients to complete level 1647 and you have 20 moves to do it in.
The first ingredient is on the board and has to fall down between the chocolate spawners.
The second ingredient will only fall once the first one is on the left side of the board.
Get the first ingredients down by making matches under the teleport on the main part of the board, which will bring the ingredient down onto the main board and out.
Clear licorice as you go and you will then be able to use stripes and combos to clear chocolate and allow the second and third ingredients to fall down out of the dispenser and down the board.
If you are struggling with level 1647 you can use a coconut wheel booster to help clear the right side.

Get 210,000 points in 26 moves!
This is quite a high target score for so few moves but it can be done with planning. There are bomb dispensers which you should not avoid, the bombs will help improve the score so you are best to get them dropping.
Look carefully at the board before every move and try to work out where the conveyors are going so you can use them to make your special candies or get the combos together.
Hitting a bomb with a colour bomb gives really good scores.
Also a colour bomb/wrap combo is very good for high points.
