All the jelly is in the middle of the board and on the conveyor at the bottom.
Don't worry too much about the bottom row, that will be cleared as you play.
Stripe/wrap combos in the middle will clear the jelly very easily, you only need 2. But this isn't always easy, so you may have to work with single stripes and stripe/wraps to take one line at a time. However, there are not many moves to spare so look carefully at the board before every move and don't waste any moves. A colour bomb/stripe combo is also good if you can make one.

The three ingredients need to be dropped down through the teleports at the bottom of the left side and they will move to the right side, where they can be dropped through the exits.
Sounds simple, but first you have to remove the blockers at the bottom so they can get to the teleports.
Try to make matches touching the Evil Spawner to destroy it as quickly as possible before it has chance to block your moves with marmalade.
Once the spawner is gone it fairly easy to get the ingredients to the exits by working on the right side of the board.
If you can't make matches on the right to get the cherries down look for combos on the left side of the board which can be used to clear the cherries.

There are only three jellies to clear on level 1660, but they are all in hard to get places separated from the main part of the board.
One of the jellies is under the popcorn on the left, so that square has to be hit a total of 5 times to clear it, 3 times to grow the popcorn, once to clear the colour bomb, then again for the last bit of jelly!
Use the conveyor to get stripes and combos into position to hit the jellies and popcorn. A colour bomb/stripe combos if very good if you make sure you have plenty of candies the same colour as the stripe in line with the squares you are trying to hit.
