You need to collect 25 licorice whirls to complete level 1666 Candy Crush Saga.
The best way to collect is with stripe/wrap combos, but wait until there is plenty of licorice in the right place before switching them because once the licorice is removed it only drops by one piece every move.
It is a waste of a combo to switch it when there is no licorice in the way to be collected.
Colour bombs are no use unless switched with a stripe or another colour bomb.

Level 1665 can be quite a fun level, it can also be frustrating as there are few opportunities for good moves and often your planned moves get spoiled on the restricted board.
Unlock the two locked candies early so you have more chances to make good combos, then work in the bottom half, remembering to check the whole board before every move as very often there will be chances to make colour bombs in the top half.
The difficulty of level 1665 is the shortage of moves, you can't afford to waste any so make every move count by either making a special candy, combo or firing off one or the other.
Colour bomb/wrap combos will give you the best scores.

You have 40 moves to collect 4 ingredients and the exits are in the bottom row, separated from the rest of the board.
The easiest way to get the ingredients out of the exits is with a vertical stripe or a stripe/wrap combos placed over the correct columns.
There is licorice along the bottom blocking the exits, but this doesn't make any difference to the strategy, stripes and combos will still work.
It's a lot easier to get the ingredients down in the middle than at the far ends, so if you are on mobile it may be helpful to close and re/open the level without making a move if the ingredients are on the outside. PC and laptop players have to play whatever board they are given.
Next best is a colour bomb/stripe combos.
Level 1664 isn't a hard level, but having 6 colours on the board makes it a bit trickier to make special candies and combos.
