Don't move the ingredients out of the columns they are in. If you move them they will need moving again to get into an exit line and that isn't always easy unless you have hand switches to spare.
This can be a lot easier said than done as very often the ingredients will slip down diagonally into the wrong column. To prevent this try to make moves directly under the ingredients rather than off to the side. The colour bomb at the top may be useful if you can unlock one of the stripes beside it and switch them.
The biggest advantage you can give yourself is to clear the chocolate as soon as possible. This isn't always possible and level 1673 can be passed without clearing the chocolate completely, but you will struggle with it.

You have 35 moves to collect 40 cream blockers, 2 popcorns and 5 colour bombs.
The 2 popcorns will give you 2 of the colour bombs you need, so you only have to make 3 more to complete the orders.
You will need some heavy duty combos to collect all the orders. Colour bombs are not hard to make and should be switched with a stripe to get those popcorns. Make sure there are candies the same colour as the stripe in the columns where they will have a chance of hitting the popcorns.
There are not many moves, so don't waste them on matches of three. Try to make every move count by making a special candy or combo.
Since level 1672 is an orders level you may be tempted to use a lucky candy booster. I haven't tried this but you are likely to get either cream blockers or more popcorns, which may be worse than not using a booster at all.

Stripes and stripe/wrap combos are the secret of level 1670.
You need to clear the blockers to let the fruit fall down the diagonal lines, then they will go through the teleports into the main part of the board, then down through the exits.
Unfortunately, or fortunately if you are looking for high scores, once you clear the blockers you will get lots of countdown bombs dropping from the dispensers.
The bombs could be a problem if you unlock the fruit and let it drop just one or two squares, but if you clear the whole diagonal with a colour bomb/stripe or other combo, they will be easy to clear and shouldn't have time to count down.
