This can be a frustrating level, you need to make sideways stripes to clear the blockers and allow the fruit to fall down.
Once the blockers are clear you can make matches under the teleports on the right side of the board when the ingredients are OVER the teleports on the left side, this will bring them down into the main part of the board and out the exits.
The difficulty is getting the top blockers, but once you have the ingredients on the conveyor they will move around in a circle from top to bottom and back again. So as long as you clear the top blocker you can get the ingredients down to the exits. 
The top teleport on the left leads to the left teleport on the right, and the bottom teleport leads to the right teleport on the right, so there is no real need to clear the bottom blocker to collect the ingredients.
Timing is everything on level 1693. You have to make your moves at just the right time to collect the ingredients.

Apart from the cream blockers which are on the board you also have to collect 20 licorice and 10 chocolate, which are not on the board.
In order to get the licorice you have to unlock at least one or two of the Evil Spawners so that they can spawn the licorice for you. For the chocolate you will need at least one of the chocolate machines to be unlocked.
You can destroy one or two of the spawners, but be careful not to destroy too many or you won't get enough licorice as they only spawn every three moves. 
Remember chocolate will only appear if you don't hit any for a move and also the spawners will not produce licorice if you hit them.

Level 1690 is another multi task level. You have to clear the jelly as well as collect the ingredients.
Collecting the ingredients is not usually the hard part of this level, clearing the blocker and jelly in the bottom right corner seems to be the hardest thing to do. For this reason you should take any chance you get to hit this blocker , either by making matches next to it, or hitting with a combo.
Forget about the ingredients and work on clearing blockers and jelly and you will probably find the ingredients will find their way to the exits without too much help from you.
Work in the bottom of the board when possible to take advantage of any cascades made buy the candies filling in after moves.
