Level 1700 Candy Crush Saga is a double task level, you need to clear the jelly and collect 3 cherries, which are already on the board.
You can expect to lose quite a few moves before you get the lucky board. I don't really believe in the so called lucky board, but for level 1700 you really do need it.
The jelly is all under the popcorns, so they have to be cleared to get to the jelly.
You need a bit of luck as well as patience to clear this level as the moves are very restricted at the start. I have played games where I have used most of the moves without being able to clear even one popcorn!
First you need to make stripes or wraps to start to grow the popcorn. You don't have many moves to spare so look carefully to make sure you don't miss any good moves. It doesn't really matter which way the stripes go to begin with, take whatever you can get!
By far the best combo would be a colour bomb/wrap if you can get it, as the wraps will go a long way to clearing the popcorns.
Once you begin to get colour bombs from the popcorns, switch two together to grow more. Keep switching the colour bombs together whenever possible as this is the quickest way (apart from colour bomb/wrap combos) to grow the rest of the popcorns.
