Level 1708 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it.
Basically all you need to do to clear level 1708 is to clear the two cake bombs in as few moves as possible.
You don't have any choice of moves most of the time so you Just have do the best you can to make moves close to the cakes. Look carefully at the candies on the conveyor and you may be able to plan your moves a little. 
The first cake will remove the licorice and the second will clear most of the jelly, just leaving a few squares of jelly for you to clear.
Ignore the bombs down the sides, there is no need to try to clear them and you will run out of moves if you try, leave them for the second cake to clear.
The ingredients will take care of themselves providing you don't leave the cake bombs too long so there are not enough moves left for the ingredients to get out of the exits.
A very useful booster for this level is a coconut wheel.

All you have to do to collect the ingredients is to clear all the blockers from the outside cells. The ingredients come from the bottom left and travel through all the outer cells to the exit on the right.
No candies will fall into the cells once the blockers are gone so the ingredients will all be collected without you doing anything but clear the blockers.
Stripe/wrap combos will work if well placed, but best is either a double colour bomb combo or colour bomb/stripe combos.

Yet another dual task level. You need to collect 3 ingredients and clear the jelly.
Level 1705 is made difficult by the lack of available moves due to the board being almost covered in chocolate!.
Obviously the first task is to clear as much chocolate as possible to give you more space to work.
Work at the bottom if you can, as this may cause cascades which will clear more chocolate without using too many moves
You'll need some stripes or wraps to unlock the locked cells, and as the board begins to open up things will get a lot easier.
You can expect to lose a few lives on level 1705, because you will likely get some games where your only moves are near the top and completely wasted.
You may find a coconut wheel booster useful as it may unlock some of the locked cells early in the game and so give you more chances to make useful moves.
