Colour bombs are the order of the day on level 1721. You have 35 moves to collect one double colour bomb combo, one colour bomb /wrap combo and one colour bomb/ stripe combo.
The difficulty is that there are not many choices of move to begin with. The two UFO's will help clear the blockers if you can set them off early, but I found they often caused more trouble than not.
Since you can't move colour bombs it's always best to make your combos and drop them down on top of each other. There is no point trying to save combos, use them as soon as you get them. If you make more than one at a time they will be lost so you will have wasted the moves.

Score 35,000 points in 30 moves.
I found this to be a fairly easy level, the target for one star is achievable within the first few moves and after that it's just a matter of making specials and combos to build up your points.
You need to clear a space to work first and then make combos. Simple.
The chocolate should never be a problem on this level as it is well out of the middle of the board so you will be able to keep it under control with your combos as you play.

It's a good idea to clear the jelly close to the chocolate machine early before the chocolate begins to spread.
The candies move around in circles from the top to the bottom and back to the top through the portals. This can be helpful as it means you can move the candies at the bottom by making moves at the top.
For this reason try not to let the chocolate block all the teleports or it will stop the candies from moving so much and make it harder to get the cascades going.
Hit the chocolate with any special candy or combo you can make. It's a lot easier to clear level 1719 if you keep the portals open than if you are constantly chasing the chocolate.
