You have 25 moves to clear the jelly from the whole board.
This might seem like a tall order, but in reality once you clear some of the cream blockers the board almost clears itself. There are only four colours so making colour bombs and other special candies is easy. Make a couple of colour bombs and sit back and watch the cascades. A fun level that shouldn't give you any trouble.

You need to collect 50 each of green and purple candies as well as 10 striped candies in only 13 moves!.
Don't worry about the colours, they will be collected as you play. Concentrate on making striped candies. 
If you make matches under the key dispensers the keys will drop down for you to match. You shouldn't really need the stripes under the locks, but opening the locks will give you a bigger playing area so you can make more combos. There are also wrapped candies under the locks, so opening the locks quickly will give you the best chance of passing level 1724.
Once the locks are open you should get good cascades which could easily complete the level for you in just one or two moves, so don't worry if it looks like you are running out of moves, you don't need many.

This is a deceptively hard level, it looks pretty simple to begin with, but the board is quite restricted and good moves hard to find.
You need some colour bombs and combos to clear the blockers and jelly but it takes a bit of concentration to make either.
Work in the bottom if you can and once the blockers are cleared the candies will be allowed to fall down through the portals into the bottom half of the board.
Look carefully at the whole board before every move so you don't miss any good chances to make colour bombs or other special candies.
A fish booster might be helpful on level 1722 as the fish will take some of the jellies for you, but I haven't tried that.
