You have to collect 3 strip/wrap combos, the 2 popcorns at the bottom and 1 colour bomb/stripe combo.
Your stripe/wrap combos will grow the popcorns into colour bombs and you can either switch them together to clear the chocolate if it is a problem, or you can use one of them for your colour bomb/stripe combo.

The first priority is the bomb. You have to clear this or it's game over.
Once the bomb is gone you can start to concentrate on the tasks needed to complete level 1764.
Stripe/wrap combos are the best way to clear the blockers holding up the ingredients. You could try a colour bomb/stripe combo but I found this to be almost a waste of a move.
If you get a colour bomb use it on blue to detonate the stripes at the base of each column and clear a layer of blockers.
This is quite a tricky level, so slow down and look carefully for the best moves. There are not many moves so you need to make every one count. Position your combos to get the most blockers with each move.
If you are struggling with level 1764 you may find it useful to use a coconut wheel booster to clear some of the blockers.

You need to collect 4 ingredients and all you have to do to collect them is to remove all the chocolate blocking the way and get them straight down through the teleports and out. Simple! Not!
This is a life stealing game now with only 17 moves and needs a fair amount of luck as well as very careful playing.
It's important that you don't let the chocolate grow across the top of the board or it will block new candies from falling and you may as well quit and start again. Use the colourbomb that is given to clear some of the chocolate along the top if you can.

You are going to need to make some special candies and combos to have any chance of passing this as it takes the first few moves just to clear enough licorice and chocolate to allow you to make useful moves. Stripe/wrap combos and colourbomb combos are best and the lower down the board you can work the better chance you will have of collecting the ingredients. Switch a colourbomb with a stripe or a wrap if possible and this should make short work of the chocolate.
