There is jelly under the popcorns, so you will need to work on growing them to remove that jelly. This will be your priority and the rest of the jelly will be destroyed as you work on growing the popcorns.
Wrapped candies are the best for growing the popcorns as they will give you two hits from one move, drop the wraps down near them if possible before you switch them
The resulting colour bombs from growing the popcorn will be useful to clear more jelly and to increase your score.
Colourbombs switched with either a wrap or another colourbomb will help a lot.
 There is no jelly under the blockers bottom right and left.

The biggest obstacle to passing level 1770 are the popcorns at the bottom of the board. You need to clear them to let the ingredients fall onto the conveyor.
The two most important ones on the left are the hardest to clear, but that is where the ingredients will drop, so unless you are very good at moving ingredients you need to clear the popcorns on the left.
Wrapped candies are best for growing popcorn as each one will give you two hits. Don't worry too much about the keys to begin with, you can use the colour bombs from the popcorn to get them and you don't really want too many ingredients sitting on the popcorn and blocking your moves.
You could try a coconut wheel booster but in my experience they never fall where you need them and are usually wasted. Another booster to try is the stripe and wrap, this may help more but it's doubtful as the board is restricted to begin with.

You have to collect 2 popcorns, 5 colour bombs and 5 stripe/stripe combos to complete level 1769 Candy Crush Saga.
The lucky candies could give you any of the things you need, including more popcorn, so whilst they are very useful to have they are not always what you need. The best things to get from the lucky candies are colour bombs. With colour bombs you can make it easier to make more colour bombs by removing a colour from the board.
To get the popcorns from the corner let sideways stripes, or your stripe combos, fall to the bottom so you hit the two popcorns at the same time.
Aim to make the stripe combos as there are a lot of them, but before each move check for colour bomb patterns so that you are looking for them both at the same time. You will have to rely a bit on luck for the popcorns as it isn't always possible to get youe combos in position without losing them.
