You have 32 moves to clear the jelly.
This is not as easy as it looks. The candies won't fall into the bottom until you have cleared some of the blockers, and even then the only one that falls into the bottom is the middle candy. The rest come from off the board so you can't tell which candies you will get in the bottom. this makes it a bit harder to make good combos to clear the bottom half of the board.
You will need to make stripe/wrap combos and colour bomb combos in the top half and use them to clear the blockers and jelly in the bottom.

Level 1781 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a super hard level so you are likely to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it, you have to collect 4 ingredients in 18 moves.
The keys to unlock the locked cells drop from the dispensers on the left, so you have to get the candies moving in that column by either matching them or hitting with stripes or colour bombs. Stripes are easiest to make and you can often make a stripe/wrap combo. At the same time as you are collecting the keys you need to be clearing the blockers in the bottom half of the board so that once the board is unlocked you will be able to collect the ingredients without too many blockers in the way.
The ingredients only have to drop from top to bottom in the middle part of the board so once the board is unlocked look for colourbomb combos or stripe/wrap combos to keep the ingredients dropping.
You only get one ingredient at a time on the board so get them out of the exits in as few moves as possible. There are not many moves so the more combos you can make the better chance you will have of passing the level. You do need a bit of luck too so don't expect to pass this level easily.

Level 1789 is classified as a hard level and it really is hard!
You have to get 2 ingredients out of the exit, which is at the bottom of the diagonal line on the bottom left.
The blockers must be cleared first so the ingredients can get down to the teleport and on to the diagonal lines. DON'T move the ingredients out of the column they drop in as there is only one teleport and if you move the ingredient you will have a hard time moving it back.
While you are clearing the blockers you can clear the diagonals too, which will mean the ingredient goes further once it gets through the blockers.
You only get one ingredients at a time so you must get them off the board as quickly as possible so another can fall.
Colour bombs are one of the best specials to use and if you can switch with a wrapped candy better still.
Wraps and stripe/wrap candies are also the best combos for clearing the blockers at the bottom.

I used a hand switch and a lolly hammer to get the final ingredient down after many failed attempts.
