You need to collect 4 ingredients in 20 moves.
There is really no need to clear the blockers in the middle top of the board, they are a distraction and waste moves, but you may be able to make colour bombs in the top part so it shouldn't be ignored completely. To get the ingredients down, the candies over the exits, in the middle at the bottom, should be the ones you match, either with colour bombs from the top, or simply by making matches there. The blockers at the bottom need to be cleared, but the important thing is to keep working in the middle, bottom. You can't afford to waste moves chasing chocolate.

Get 40,000 points in 25 moves.
This doesn't sound too hard, but the board is very restricted to begin with and by the time you open it up enough to make combos you can be getting very low on moves.
There are really no good ways to deal with this level, you have no choice of moves and it will shuffle regularly. You just have to rely on luck to get the right candies early enough to give you a chance.
It's also important to look for the next move when you make a move, see if you can leave yourself with another move, although it can be to your advantage to force a shuffle and give you better moves.
All in all a pretty frustrating level which could be made easier by using a colour bomb booster or a stripe and wrap booster.

You have to score at least 60,000 points in 35 moves to complete level 1828 Candy Crush Saga
First you will need to clear some blockers to open up the board, then start making special candies and combos and work as close to the bottom as you can so you get some really good cascades.
Clear the top left and bottom right first as they are the easiest to clear, then you will have more space to work.
Cascades are common and with the cascades you will get lots of extra points.
There are no bombs to worry about and the conveyor gives you plenty of chances to match up your combos when it moves.
Forget about the UFO, it will be unlocked as you play, if not you can unlock it and leave it to detonate once you have used up all your moves. Colourbombs will always give the best scores and avoid switching them with a stripe as this will not increase your score much, better to switch with a single colour as this will give you a chance to make more colourbombs as it will remove a colour from the board briefly.
Remember you have to use up all the moves to complete the game.
