Collect the three cherries by clearing the blockers holding them in position, easy! Not.
The middle cherry is fairly easy as you can make stripes and combos in the middle of the board, The two on the outsides are a bit harder as it's not so easy to make the combos near the sides of the board and you can't make matches beside them.
Switching 2 colour bombs together is probably the most effective combo to get the cherries on each side, especially if they only need one hit. Colour bomb/stripe combos are good if you are lucky but the stripes don't always go where you want them.
A good booster to use on level 1854 is a coconut wheel, use it to clear some blockers at the side if you can.

Level 1853 can be a very frustrating level and you could lose quite a few lives due to no available moves.
You will definitely get some shuffling at the start and often there will be no moves after the shuffle and it's game over. 
The only thing you can do is try to leave yourself a move to avoid shuffles, but this is not always possible as there is often only one available move in the first few moves. You need a bit of luck to get through the first moves, but once you start to open up the board it gets easier.
You will need some heavy duty combos to clear all the blockers and jelly, colour bomb/wrap combos are really helpful as are stripe/wrap combos. You need a bit of luck with the mystery candies too, if they turn into blockers and licorice they can make things much harder whereas coconut wheels and colour bombs are best.

Level 1852 is a dual task level, you have to collect 4 ingredients as well as clearing all the jelly.
The ingredients are fairly easy to collect, you simply need to get them into the bottom part of the board and out. There are exits all along the bottom so they will fall out pretty easily even if you just get them onto the bottom conveyor they will move around and out.
Make matches in the bottom part of the board under the portals when the ingredients are above the portals, or the middle once the blockers are cleared,  and they will fall through into the bottom. Take care they don't get stuck on the ledges between the portals or you will have to move them over.
The hardest part of this level is clearing the jellies under the cream blockers at each side of the board.
Concentrate on these hard squares and take any opportunity to clear them, even if it means leaving other areas to do it.
Once again there are not many moves to spare so you must make every move count.
