You have to grow all the popcorns, collect all the licorice AND switch 2 colour bombs together!
While you are clearing the licorice keep your eyes open for any chance to get 2 colour bombs together, the sooner you can make this combo the easier it will be to collect the rest of the popcorns as they will all be hit once by the blast from the combo.
Sometimes the colour bombs will slip down from their position when the popcorns change, so this can be used to your advantage to get the combo.
If you have a colour bomb near the bottom you can try saving it to see if you can get one to fall next to it, but colour bombs are fairly easy to make once the licorice is gone.
The thing which makes this level hard is the shortage of moves, so every move has to count.
A quick way of growing the popcorns is with a colour bomb/wrap combo. This will give you a good start to getting them all grown quickly.

Level 1859 is a timed level, you have to get 180,000 points in 70 seconds.
This level is made harder by having Evil Spawners (magic mixers) in the middle which spawn out marmalade and block your moves.
Concentrate on clearing the spawners at the start by matching next to them or hitting with any special candy you can make.
Once the spawners are out of the way the cake bombs will be mostly cleared too, but don't worry about clearing the cakes, concentrate more on making colour bombs and stripe/wrap combos. Even a wrapped candy on it's own will start a mini cascade which will give you more extra time candies.
All you should be looking for is moves that will set off cascades... Colour bombs, wraps etc and work as low on the board as you can to keep the candies moving.
CASCADES GIVE EXTRA TIME CANDIES!
Remember to take a second to check the rest of the board so you don't miss colour bombs as I did in the video below.

When you begin level 1850 you will have a colourbomb from the first cascade. Use this colourbomb on either blue or green to unlock the sides, or, if there is a stripe or a wrap close to the colourbomb you can switch them together to clear more blockers.
Work your way out towards the sides of the board and work as close to the bottom of the board as you can to create cascades, which will clear more jelly without wasting moves.
Look for colourbomb patterns with every moves and if you can't make a colourbomb look for wraps and stripes.
There are only four colours on the board so making special candies is fairly easy to make.
