Clear the jelly in 35 moves.
There is no jelly under any of the blockers, so no need to clear them, except that the colour bomns from the popcorns will increase your score significantly if you manage to use them.
The tricky bit is the jelly in the bottom row, this has to be cleared using any combo that will touch it as it's impossible to make matches in there until the popcorns are cleared.
You can use colour bombs to get the jellies in the bottom corners.

Level 1861 is all about colour bombs. You need to grow the 8 popcorns and switch 2 colour bombs together 3 times!
The 12 colour bombs you need are all given to you at the start of the game in the form of the popcorns plus you will get 4 more colour bombs as soon as the candies settle at the start of the game.
So really all you need to do is work on getting the colour bombs together to get the three combos you need.
You can  grow the popcorns and try to get the resulting colour bombs together, but I found this to be quite a challenge.
The easier way to complete this level is to make a couple of colour bombs yourself and switch them, this will help to grow the popcorns and is likely to give you more colour bombs, which can be switched again.
If you have 2 colour bombs next to each other and also more elsewhere on the board it is risky to use the separate colour bombs to increase your score before making the combo. Doing this will give better scores, but you need to be brave and sure that you can make another combo if you lose the one you have if it gets destroyed in the ensuing cascade.

Level 1860 is a dual task level, you need to collect 2 hazelnuts and clear all the jelly.
The nuts come down from the top left or right columns, go through the teleport and down to the exits at the bottom.
Avoid moving the nuts out of their columns as there are only exits at the sides.
This is not a hard level and colour bombs are fairly easy to make if you concentrate. Once you have fired off one colour bomb the next one is easier with less colours on the board.
If you are having trouble with level 1860 you could try a coconut wheel booster.
