You just have to clear the jelly in 30 moves. This is made more difficult by the shape of the board and the many "holes" that will stop you making combos a lot of the time.
Once you get the board opened up a bit you can start to make combos in the middle of the board. Colour bombs are always good and better if you can switch them with a stripe or a wrap to clear maximum jellies.
Stripe/wrap combos are also good if you can get them in a good position.
Matches of three won't clear level 1911 so you really need to make those combos as early as possible in the game.
A jelly fish booster should help if you are having trouble.

Level 1910 is a hard level, especially for people like me who are not good at timed levels. But it is possible to pass without boosters. You have to score 100,000 points in 60 seconds for one star.
The first priority is to collect all the keys because there is a bomb locked in the middle of the board which will end your game after 16 moves no matter how many points you have. The keys will unlock the bomb and allow it to fall into the playing area at the bottom of the board.
To collect the keys use stripes and stripe/wrap combos. A colour bomb is good too, although all the keys are different colours so using a colour bomb is not enough to get them all unless switched with a stripe. 
A well placed stripe/wrap combo can get all 4 keys in one move.
Once you have the bomb out of the way concentrate on making combos and colour bombs, they are not hard to make with only 4 colours on the board and the more colour bombs you make the easier it is to make more.
The conveyor can help by giving you time to look for your next move while you wait for it to stop moving. Have a quick look at the top before you make a move as there my be a good move there that will not be there next move. Any moves in the bottom part of the board will stay where they are as there is no conveyor to move them around so they can afford to be left while you make your move at the top.
Cascades give extra time candies, so work at the bottom whenever possible to create them.

Level 1909 Candy Crush Saga is a dual task level, you have to collect one cherry as well as clear all the jelly.
Collecting the cherry can be the tricky part of this level because there are blockers holding it back from falling down to the exit.
Stripe/wrap combos are the best combos although a colour bomb/stripe combo can also be good as long as the candies are in the correct position to have a chance of hitting the blockers.
The bottom and top blockers are the hardest to hit so take any chance you have to hit them.
Keep a close eye on the cherry as it falls down from the exit, sometimes it will slip out of the exit column and will have to be switched back as there is only one portal and it could easily get stuck on the shelf beside the portal. If you are lucky or very good at switching ingredients you can get it back but you can use a free switch hand to move it back if it looks like you will pass the level. You should switch it back before the exit lane fills up with candies or it will be that much harder to get it out of the exit as all the candies will have to be cleared.
