Level 1933 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you pass it.
Colour bomb combos are the secret to passing level 1933, the colour bombs have to be switched with stripes or wraps to have much effect on the locked candies in the bottom.
First clear as many of the blockers as you can to give yourself space to make the colour bombs you need. When you get a colour bomb stop and study the board to see if you can get a stripe or wrap next to it or better still a second colour bomb.
If you can't get another special candy next to the colour bomb use it on the colour that has least candies on the board, this will give you a good chance to make another colour bomb and other special candies to have a second try at the combo.
I doubt there are many boosters that will help much on this level but you could try starting with the jelly fish booster.

You have to collect the three ingredients to complete level 1931.
This is a fairly straightforward level without too many difficulties.
The hardest thing to do is to unlock the cells left and right which are blocking the portals that the ingredients have to go through. This can be done using colour bombs or other combos.
Avoid moving the ingredients out of their columns or you will have to move them back again which can be hard to do.
The chocolate can be a bit of a pain as it can easily block your moves, especially at the sides where you need them the most to get the fruit down. Keep it under control as much as you can while still looking for those stripes and colour bombs you need to clear the fruit from the board.
A coconut wheel booster may be helpful providing it drops in a useful position.

Colour bombs are the way to go for level 1930. Stripes and combo won't get through the licorice to clear the jelly on the left side so you need to use either colour bombs on one colour or colour bomb combos with stripes or wraps.
The best combo is a colour bomb/wrap providing there are a few candies of the right colour in the jelly on the left. 
You could try a fish booster if you are having trouble with level 1930, but they don't do huge amounts of damage. Better just to get those colour bombs working for you.
