Level 1948 is a dual task level, you have to clear all the jelly as well as collect the 2 cherries which are already on the board.
Don't move the cherries out of the columns they are in as there is only one way for them to get to the exits and if you move them out of the column you will have to move them back in again.
Apart from that it is just a matter of clearing jelly using as many combos and specials as you can make.
A good booster to use would be a coconut wheel, or better still a fish booster.

Score 2,000,000 points with only 18 moves! Sounds impossible, but it is quite possible once you get the bombs dropping, which you should do with your first moves.
Once the bombs are free look carefully for colour bomb patterns and switch the colour bombs with bombs for the best scores.
The popcorns will also give you lots of colour bombs so hit them with stroipes and wraps and combos to get the colour bombs.
Avoid switching your colour bombs with stripes or wraps as you will get less points for the bombs if they turn into special candies. Use your colour bombs on either bombs or the colour which has the most bombs on the board for best scores.
If you don't use all your colour bombs it doesn't matter, any left on the board will give you extra points.

You only have 18 moves to clear all the blockers and collect 24 licorice.
The only way you will be able to collect the orders is to get cascades going by working as close to the bottom as you can. Make wrapped candies wherever possible as these are always good for getting cascades going, especially if you can switch one with a colour bomb. But even on their own wrapped candies are very useful.
Keep a close eye on where the blockers are that you need as they can often be at opposite sides of the board when you are getting close to using up your moves, so try not to leave single blockers in separate parts of the board.

UPDATE There are now only 12 moves but the video below is completed in 12 moves although it starts with 18.
