You have to score 45,000 points in 50 moves to complete level 1965 Candy Crush Saga.
This shouldn't be too difficult to do normally, but you have the added problem on this level of the board being partly covered with chocolate and also two chocolate dispensers at the top which can easily block most of the top part of the board if you are not very careful.
The chocolate machines are unlikely to completely block the candies from falling as there is an empty space under the chocolate once it is beside them, so you can ignore them completely..
What you need to do is clear the chocolate that is on the board using as many combos as you can make and work down towards the bottom of the board. 
Once you have space to work it will be a bit easier to make the combos you need, especially colour bombs as these will give you the best score. Switching a colour bomb with a wrap or stripe will not give you huge scores but it will go a long way towards clearing the board.
Once you have a clear board it's best to switch colour bombs with one single candy to give you a chance to make more.

Level 1969  is a tricky level, you need to destroy the spawner at the bottom before it covers the board with chocolate.
First look at the candies around the spawner and see if you can make some matches next to it, but leave them for the first two moves as the spawner won't spawn any chocolate until you have made the third move. So make the first 2 moves near the blockers to begin to clear them, then make as many moves to hit the spawner as you can, this will give you longer without chocolate.
Then make stripes and stripe/wrap combos to hit the spawner from the top, or if you have managed to get through into the bottom part of the board try to make matches to hit the spawner until it explodes. If you managed to hit it a few times at the start it won't take much more to get rid of it.
The next job is to clear the blockers at the same time as you clear jelly. Colour bombs are the best things to use. When you get a colour bomb look carefully at the candies and take the one that will do most damage to the blockers or that will get the tricky jellies in the corners.
I found colour bombs switched with stripes not to be very effective as they seemed to miss the tricky bits of jelly completely, but I may have just been unlucky and it might work better for you.

Score 30,000 points in 30 moves.
Normally this shouldn't be too hard to achieve, but at the start your moves are very restricted due to locked candies at the top and marmalade at the bottom.
There are also 6 colours on the board which makes it especially hard to make special candies and combos.
Level 1964 needs some careful planning and even then you may not manage to get the score needed.
Look carefully for colour bomb patterns and if you can't get that go for wraps and stripes. Use any combos as you make them, there is no advantage in saving them till the end and it could prevent you making more.
It may be helpful to start the level with a colour bomb booster to help get the board opened. Even using boosters you may struggle to get the three star score. Not an easy level.
