All you have to do to pass level 1968 is collect the popcorn in the middle of the board and you have 16 moves to do it.
You don't need to clear the Evil Spawners in the bottom corners, you will waste moves trying so ignore them.
The best way to grow the popcorn is with wrapped candies. One wrap will give 2 hits so just one more needed to complete the level. You don't even need to use the resulting colour bomb, the game will do that once you have grown it.

Getting started on level 1967 can be really difficult as there are so many locked candies. It can be really hard to see moves when the candies are locked in the licorice so it's more important than ever to look really carefully at the whole board before every move.
You may be taking the moves at the top because they are easy to see when there is a move lower down that will unlock candies and you are not seeing it because of the licorice. This happens to me all the time!
Sometimes it may be a good idea to wait for the game hint as it could be a move you didn't see.
Once you get the board opened up a bit you will need to look for combos to clear the jelly. So many moves can be used in clearing the locked candies that there are not many left to clear jelly so colour bomb combos are essential.
A jelly fish booster can be really useful for level 1967.

You have only 16 moves to collect the three ingredients! 
Sounds impossible but there are only 4 colours on the board so cascades are inevitable and these will likely get the ingredients down for you without too much effort on your part.
All you need to do is keep the ingredients in the correct columns for getting to the exits and clear the blockers at the bottom that are blocking them.
You will need to move the middle ingredient to one side as there are only 2 portals once they move up from the bottom of the board.
Look carefully before you start making moves and try to choose the moves that will clear most marmalade and blockers and also give a good chance of getting the cascades moving.
This is a fun level with loads of cascades and huge scores possible.

The number of moves has changed several times so you may have a different number of moves to the video, but the following video shows how to move the ingredient to get it into the correct column.
