Hints and tips showing how to pass level 1984 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You have to collect 10 yellow candies which you will get from the lucky candies which are locked in licorice.
There are only 22 moves so you don't have many to spare.
You will need some good combos as you need to hit the lucky candies a total of 3 times to collect the yellows, once to unlock, once to change to yellow and finally to collect. 
Cascades will make yout job easier so try to work as low down on the board as you can to create them.
Colour bombs and wraps are the best specials. Colour bombs will change the lucky candies and wraps will do just about everything you need, from growing the popcorn to collecting yellows and creating cascades.
The biggrst problem with level 1084 is the shortage of moves, you can't afford to waste moves setting up combos, use what you have.

The hard bits of jelly to clear are the ones closest to the chocolate spawners, so any chance you have to clear these should be taken! Once the chocolate starts to grow it gets harder to hit those crucial 2 squares, so if you have a stripe or colour bomb at the start of the game, before the chocolate starts to spawn, use it on one or both of those squares. Once you have the jelly cleared from those 2 squares the rest is pretty easy.
A colour bomb booster can be used which will get at least one of the important squares and if you are lucky and they are the same colour you might get them both.

The first move is pretty obvious! Make the colour bomb and remove the bomb.
The bomb is there to let you know that once you clear the blockers from under the bomb dispensers you are going to get bombs with only 2 moves on, so beware!
You don't have many moves so think very carefully about each move, a wrapped candy detonated next to the popcorn is the easiest way to grow it.
Try not to clear the blockers under the bomb dispensers too early.
A colour bomb switched with a stripe or wrap can sometimes clear everything in one move, but if you are unlucky that may just release the bombs and not clear the popcorn.
This isn't a hard level as long as you are careful and think about your moves.
