Update The moves have been drastically reduced, the first video below was completed in 12 moves although the tips remain the same.
 To collect the ingredients you need to clear the whole board of blockers and the spawner. 
You should forget about the spawner and concentrate solely on clearing the cakes on the left side of the board. There are some stripes and wraps already on the board which can be helpful, but don't rely on them, make your own combos and do it quickly as you don't have moves to spare.
Stripe/wrap combos are the best ones to use as these will clear a lot of cake sections with one move. If you get a colourbomb you could try switching it with a stripe but I wouldn't waste moves making them because the stripes hardly ever go where you need them the most.
As long as you keep making the combos the spawner will be destroyed and won't block the ingredients from dropping down. The blockers along the bottom of the left side can sometimes stop the ingredients from dropping but another stripe/wrap combo should see them out of the way.

You have to collect the 6 yellow candies which you will get from the lucky candies locked in marmalade at each side of the board.
The lucky candies/yellows will fall into the main part of the playing area through the teleports, but the main thing that stops this from happening is the marmalade. The top two lucky candies are fairly easy to unlock using stripes and stripe/wrap combos, but the lowest ones can be tricky.
If you get a colour bomb try to use it on the colour of the bottom lucky candies to unlock the marmalade, this will allow all the lucky candies or yellows to move onto the board when you explode the stripes in the middle.
Once in the main playing area it's fairly easy to clear the yellows using stripes, wraps or even destroying the spawner if you haven't already done that.

Clear some of the jelly and the licorice and bombs before you use the stripes, this way if you are left without a move on either side you can use the stripes to get the candies moving again.
Use the stripes in the bottom row to clear and get things moving, but beware of letting the bombs fall into the bottom and onto the conveyor as they may be hard to clear from there.
You need to plan your moves very carefully and try not to leave yourself without a move once the stripes are used.
It is possible for wrapped candies to appear when you get cascades, but it isn't possible to make stripes, so use them wisely.
Work in the bottom half of the board as much as possible to create cascades and hopefully clear jelly without using moves.
A jelly fish booster may be helpful on level 2003 if you are struggling with it.
