Try not to release the bombs too early as they have a countdown of only 5 moves so can be hard to clear. Once the bombs are released they won't drop after every move so are not impossible to control, but take any opportunity to clear a bomb as you may not get a second chance.
There is a bomb in the middle of the board, between the 2 chocolate machines, but this will always get eaten by chocolate before it counts down so there is no need to worry about it.
BUT, there is jelly under the bomb in the middle so it will have to be cleared. If you can get a stripe in line with the chocolate and clear it you will have the next move to clear the bomb before it gets covered in chocolate again. So you need to hit that square twice in two moves to clear the jelly.

The Evil Spawners will dictate whether you find this level easy or hard, you need to keep them from blocking your moves with marmalade too much by either hitting them with combos or making matches down the middle between them.
There are plenty of moves so you should be able to clear level 2010 as long as you keep the spawners under control and clear them as soon as you can.
You can use the conveyor to get your specials and combos into position and the marmalade can't cover the candies on the conveyor so the board will never be completely covered.
Stripe/wrap combos and colour bombs will be the best way to clear this level.

Hints and tips showing how to pass level 2009 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
You have 45 moves to clear the jelly which is under all the licorice and in the bottom left corner.
Since you are not able to make matches in the licorice you will need to make stripes and stripe/wrap combos to clear it and allow candies to fall down in place of the licorice.
If you clear the licorice from the middle column you will get candies falling into the left side when you clear the licorice as the candies fall down through the teleport into the left side from that middle column.
A colour bomb will get the jelly at the bottom left but don't forget about it. Colour bombs can be used as long as you have managed to clear the licorice from the jellies, but they will not help to clear licorice unless you switch 2 colour bombs together.
A jelly fish booster will be useful if you are struggling with level 2009.
