Hints and tips showing how to pass level 2028 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
The cherry moves down the board in a series of steps, see image below.
The cherry follows the track indicated by the arrows, so to get the cherry through the teleports you need to make room for it by clearing the candy from the space below the teleport at exactly the right time, when the cherry is sitting on top of the portal.
For the final teleport the candies in the far right column have to be moved when the cherry is above the portal and then it will go through and down the far right column to the exit.
Be careful not to move the cherry from the far right column as there is only one exit so it needs to stay in the right column or you will have to move it back again.

You have 20 moves to collect the three yellow candies which are locked in the cells on the right of the board.
As soon as you have collected all the keys you will have three lucky candies, these three lucky candies will change into the yellows you need and because there are three the best way to collect them is to hit the lucky candies with a stripe/wrap combo which will change them all at the same time and they will match together and be collected.
If you clear any of the yellows singly it will make it harder to collect the others as you need all three together to make the match, so try not to collect them singly with stripes.

Level 2026 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it.
Get 60,000 points in 30 moves.
This shouldn't be too hard to do normally, but you will use up quite a few moves clearing blockers at the start, meaning you have less moves to make the colour bombs you need to score the high points.
You will need a fair amount of luck as well as careful planning. Make a colour bomb and save it for a couple of moves, try to hit the chocolate covering one of the bombs with a stripe, then you have one move to clear the bomb with your colour bomb to get maximum points. 
Of course you can just keep using colour bombs on single candies and you'll maybe get the points you need, but for the really high points you need to hit the bombs with colour bombs as often as possible.
The video below starts with 40 moves but the 60,000 score was passed well within the 30 moves allowed now.
