Level 2049 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it.

You have 30 seconds to score 450,000 points!

The hard part is getting started, you need to clear the blockers and release the mystery candies as soon as possible. The mystery candies will give you extra time candies as well as other stuff, so once they are dropping just keep making combos and the game almost plays itself.

Once you work your way to the right side of the board you will get countdown bombs dropping and these will help you towards the very high score needed, especially if you can clear them using colourbombs.
The bombs have a very short countdown so it may be a good idea to stop playing once you have the score needed so the bombs don't kill the game after all your hard work.

The chocolate and licorice you need are already on the board. To get the cream blockers you will need to clear the licorice to allow the lucky candies to fall, these will change into the blockers.

Once the chocolate is removed the licorice and lucky candies will fall down from the top right section into the bottom left and if there is any chocolate left it will eat your lucky candies, but don't worry as plenty more will appear if you keep clearing the blockers using stripes or stripe/wrap combos.

There seems to be a glitch on level 2048 at the moment (28/10.16 )
Which means the candies continue to cascade indefinitely and don't stop once you have completed the game. 
If this happens to you you can register your complaint on the King Care website, but to prevent it happening you should stop playing as soon as you have the score to pass.

First clear as much of the licorice as you can then look for colour bomb patterns, use the conveyor to get the candies together. Once you have a colour bomb save it for a while and see if you can get a striped candy next to it. This will give you the best clearance as long as there isn't too much licorice left to block the blasts.

If you can't get the combo together quickly use the colour bomb on a single colour that will either clear blockers or help you make another colour bomb.

There aren't many moves to spare so think carefully before every move to get the best result.
