If you match the reds on the right for your first move you can activate the stripe at the bottom, which in turn will activate the wrap at the top. If you don't do this you won't get any more candies dropping and it'll likely be game over pretty quickly.
There are only 20 moves to clear all the jelly so you need to look carefully at the board and try to make special candies and combos whenever possible.
Once you have the candies dropping work near the bottom of the board to create cascades, but at the same time look for ways to clear the blockers at the top of the board.
There are 5 colours on the board so you should be able to make specials and combos, but there are not many moves so you can't afford to waste any.
Study the board carefully before each move so you don't make mistakes and waste your moves.
Although the board is quite small try to look for ways to make colour bombs as much as possible and switch them with a stripe or wrap.. This isn't easy to do but then this is a hard level so you shouldn't expect it to be easy.
