You have 32 moves to clear the jelly.
Start by collecting the keys and at the same time you should be clearing as much jelly as you can, especially on the bottom row. 
Concentrate mostly on the keys though as these will eventually unlock a UFO which will be vital in clearing the jelly.
Before you activate the UFO make sure that at least one of the jellies on the bottom row is cleared, but if you cleared one early in the game you should be OK.
The UFO will clear the rest of the jellies in the bottom row for you.
Once the bottom row is clear forget the chocolate and finish off the remaining jellies.

You have to score as many points as possible in 20 moves to complete level 2135 Candy Crush Saga.
You need to get candies into the bottom part of the board to have any chance of scoring the 160,000 points you need to complete the level, so from the start look for vertical stripes and stripe/wrap combos.
Once you get candies in the bottom half of the board making moves there will give you some countdown bombs which will be a big help towards getting the score needed.
Use a colourbomb to clear bombs whenever possible as this will give you the biggest score and avoid using the colourbomb on a stripe as it will turn any bombs into stripes and you won't get much score. Much better to use a colourbomb on a single colour that has some bombs.

Level 2134 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose quite a few lives before you manage to pass it and it really can be quite frustrating.
Before you do anything else look to see if you can make a move next to the icing blockers at the bottom. This will allow the lucky candies to drop earlier but also once the candies drop you won't be able to make matches next to the icing so will have to hit them with combos.
Then clear the icing above the dispensers and this will keep the candies moving as you make matches.
You will be able to complete the orders by matching the lucky candies as many times as possible.
Keep clearing the blockers as they appear so they don't block your moves too much.
You need to keep working in the bottom half of the board as much as possible, but this can very often be impossible so try to make stripes or colourbombs to move candies in the bottom and keep the game going.
There are six colours on the board so making special candies and combos will not be easy, but as long as you keep clearing the orders as they appear you should complete the level.
