Collect the keys to unlock the UFO's, these will target the blockers with their wrapped candies and go a long way to clearing the hardest blockers, thus opening up the board so you can use your moves to make colourbombs which you can use to mop up the remaining jellies.
Look for colourbombs with every move, it's worth using a few moves to set up a colourbomb and switch it with a stripe or wrap, providing there are candies of the right colour where they will clear jelly.

You have 25 moves to clear the jelly and complete level 2143.
This is a very frustrating level as the chocolate grows in the most inconvenient places and blocks your moves as well as stopping the candies falling from the top.
The jellies to and bottom can only be cleared by using special candies and combos, so you must look carefully at the board before every move and always look to make specials, particularly colourbombs.
Use the conveyor to get your combos together. calculate where the candies will be in the next move and hold onto your specials if they will make a combo in a move or two.

You have 30 moves to clear all the jelly.
There are 5 colourbombs on the board at the start of the game which will be really useful.
Get the marmalade from one of them and if you can switch it with a stripe or wrap do it, this will clear a lot of the jelly, it may also detonate the rest of the colourbombs too, but this doesn't matter too much as they will still clear jelly.
If you prefer you can use a couple of the colourbombs on single candies before you make a combo, but thats up to you.
Usually a couple of colourbomb/stripe combos will be enough to clear the Mixer.
Try to clear the magic mixer as quickly as you can as the jelly under it can be tricky to clear and the sooner you clear the magic mixer the more chance you have to clear that jelly.
If the mixer is left too long you will waste moves trying to keep the blockers it spawns from taking over the board.
The bombs shouldn't be too much of a problem as the colourbombs will clear them at the start.
