You have 25 moves to clear all the jellies. There is no need to clear the popcorns to complete level 2147, so forget about them and concentrate on clearing the blockers and chocolate first.
Look for colourbombs and switch with stripes or another colourbomb for the best clearance of blockers. The double colourbomb combo will clear most of the jelly in the corners that is behind the popcorns, so is the only way to get to those jellies without growing the popcorns.
I found that the double colourbomb combo did not clear all the jellies in the corners so you may have to use the frog also.. I found this to be a very gitchy level with combos not always working as they should and on one occasion the frog did not clear the jelly in one corner when I used it.
There are only 4 colours on the board so once you have cleared some space it is fairly easy to make the combos you need.
The frog can clear any chocolate and jelly that is hard to get to, but isn't much good in the corners as it will only clear one at a time. 
Don't waste moves as there aren't too many to spare.
A jelly fish booster works well on this level.

Normally I would recommend using a double colour bomb combo to unlock the candies and cherries, but in this level it doesn't seem to work, so you will have to use stripes and stripe combos to unlock everything.
Colourbomb/stripe combos seem to work pretty well as long as you have candies of the right colour where you need them.
The chocolate will keep blocking the portals where the cherries need to go, but don't worry about that until you have the fruit ready to drop into them. Once the fruit is unlocked then you can use stripes and stripe/wrap combos to get them down through the portals to the exits.
The fruit will only drop one square at a time, so you will need to keep clearing below them to keep them moving.

You have a lot of moves to clear level 2145, so I suspect this may change in the future.
The first thing you need to do is clear the Evil Spawners (magic mixers). If they are allowed to spawn your moves will be restricted to the point where it will be impossible to clear the jelly.
Once the magic mixers are out of the way you can make special candies and combos to clear jelly.
The hardest jellies to clear are in the outside squares as these will need to be hit using special candies and combos so take any chance you get to clear them.
Keep your eyes on the bombs, they can get into hard to get places so clear them at any opportunity, you may not get another chance, drop them into the playing field by making moves near the bottom.
