Hints and tips showing how to pass level 2164 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Get 35,000 points in 25 moves to complete level 2164 Candy Crush Saga.
You will need to open up the board by clearing licorice and blockers, then clear the blockers at the bottom of the board under the dispensers to release the bombs. These bombs are the secret to high scores and once in play will easily give you the score you need.
Just one colourbomb used on bombs will give the score needed and more, so you can see how important the bombs are. 
Even without a colourbomb you only need to clear a few bombs using simple switches or a stripe/wrap combo to get the 35,000 points needed.
The hard part of level 2164 is opening up the board enough to make the specials and combos needed, but once this is done you shouldn't have too much trouble.

Level 2163 is a timed level, you need to score 45,000 points in 45 seconds to beat it.
If you are good at timed levels you should be able to pass this, but if, like me you struggle with them you are going to need quite a bit of luck to complete level 2163.
You will need to look for special candies from the first move as you need them both to collect the extra time candies and also to clear the blockers and marmalade in the bottom half of the board.
Although there is not much time to spare it is crucial that you take a couple of seconds to scan the board for colourbomb patterns because this is the only way you will get the score needed.
When you get a colourbomb use it to collect extra time candies whenever possible.
Starting the game with a colourbomb booster is unlikely to help very much so don't waste your precious boosters, it will help by unlocking marmalade, but won't give many points at the start. I completed it using a colourbomb booster but could have done it without as it happened.

Get 45,000 points in 30 moves to complete level 2162 Candy Crush Saga
Your moves are very restricted at the start but the main task is to try to open up the board by unlocking the candies at the bottom.
If you get the chance to clear blockers and bring the colourbomb into play make those moves first as making moves in the bottom of the board will move the candies in the top and you may lose the chance to clear blockers, the moves at the bottom will not be lost.
Once the colourbomb can be used try to use it to unlock as many of the locked candies as possible.
When you make moves in the bottom the candies will fall from the opposite side top, so moves in the bottom right bring down candies from the top left, and moves in the bottom left will bring them down from the top right.
You need to make at least one more colourbomb to get the score needed so keep looking for chances, especially at the top of the board as they are easy to miss when you are working near the bottom.
