You need to collect the 5 popcorns from the middle of the board in 26 moves.
The best candies for growing popcorn are wraps, so take any chance to make them, especially if you can get them close to the popcorns.
Stripe/wrap combos are also good and you can use the conveyor to get the combos together.
Make moves under the mystery candy dispensers if there is no better move, this will give you some mysteries which can be helpful, or not!
Because of the low number of moves this can be a hard level, but if you can work on making combos it is quite doable although it took me quite a few goes to do it.

Level 2175 is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass it. On top of it being a hard level it is also a timed level, which makes it even harder for those of us who struggle with timed levels.
If you work mostly in the top part of the board you will get lots of extra time candies which will keep the game going longer, but to get the score needed you should work in the bottom half and get the bombs dropping! The bombs will give you the score you need very quickly so you won't need to panic for too long about the time.
All you need is one or two colourbombs switched with a colour that has a few bombs and you will have the score you need. Failing this just keep trying to collect the extra time candies for as long as possible.
If you have enough points to pass and there is a bomb about to count down to zero remember to stop playing and let the time run out so all your hard work isn't wasted.

Level 2174 is a dual task level, you need to collect the 4 ingredients as well as clear the jelly in 30 moves.
This is all about timing... You need to work on getting the ingredients down the steps in the middle of the board by making moves that allow them to fall at exactly the right time. The time when they will drop down to the next level is when they are close to, or immediately above, the bottom right corner on the conveyor. They must be travelling downwards for them to drop into the lower level and your move needs to move the candies in the left side of the section where you want the fruit to go.

In the image you can see that if I move the green across to the left the cherry on the right of the top section will be able to drop down into the middle section.
You have to get all 4 cherries down to the bottom section and they will drop out of the exits without you having to do anything further.
While you are waiting for the cherries to get into position you can be making moves to clear jelly in the other sections of the board.
You need to plan your moves very carefully to have any chance of passing level 2174. You will get mystery candies from the dispensers at the top which with luck will turn into helpful special candies. The video below starts with 35 moves but the strategy is the same.
