Level 2187 is a hard level, at least I thought so!
You have to clear all the jelly, but it is hidden under locked candies and chocolate. The chocolate will start to grow as soon as you unlock the candies, so if you can destroy it first your job will be a lot easier, otherwise you could spend half your moves chasing chocolate and not getting anywhere.
If you can manage to make a colourbomb try to switch it with either a stripe or wrap to clear as much of the chocolate as you can.
You will need to plan very carefully to clear level 2187, look for moves that will clear most of the chocolate before it takes over too much.

The task on level 2186 is to collect 25 chocolate, 15 striped candies and 40 cream blockers.
There are some blockers on the board in the bottom right, but don't worry too much about clearing them, they will be partly cleared as you work on collecting all the orders, but you will get plenty of blockers from the lucky candies as well as stripes and chocolate.
This can be a very frustrating level and needs quite a lot of luck to complete.
Make matches under the candy dispensers to get the lucky candies falling and make stripes as often as possible. Use the stripes as soon as you get them, this will keep the lucky candies falling and also keep the chocolate under control. You need chocolate, but you can have too much!
You will likely collect the chocolate fairly quickly, then you will only get stripes and blockers from the lucky candies. Unfortunately, once you hace all the stripes you need you will only get blockers from the lucky candies and this can make it hard to switch your candies. This is where the luck comes in, you need some mini cascades to keep things moving and help with collecting the orders if you are not to run out of moves.

You have to collect 90 cream blockers in only 18 moves to complete level 2185!
Ignore the fish locked at the bottom of the board, they don't help at all and I found them to be more of a hindrance than help.
However the UFO IS very helpful, but more so if you can grow the popcorns first. 
When you detonate the UFO it will always send at least 2 wraps into the blockers, but if there are any popcorns left it may send one wrap next to that, so losing one wrap from the blockers.
Start off by making stripe/wrap combos until you can grow the popcorns, don't switch a colourbomb with a stripe if you still have wraps the same colour as the stripe on the left side of the board because the wrap will clear more blockers than a stripe and the combo will turn any wraps the same colour as the stripe into stripes.
Once the popcorns are grown detonate the UFO, then it's just a matter of clearing up the rest of the blockers if you have any moves left.
